The Lloyds TSB Group has been providing administration services for share plans for more than two decades and currently acts as trustee and administrator of offshore plans for both UK and multi-national companies. Our clients include a significant number of FTSE 100 companies but we are equally happy to provide our services to other quoted and non-quoted companies.

We believe that it is vital that an administrator of share plans is able to build enduring relationships with client companies and other stakeholders. The administrator will need to respond to recommendations from companies quickly and effectively and to execute and settle transactions within deadlines. It is of equal importance that the administrator will deal with distributions promptly and maintain accurate records and produce accounts in a timely manner.
