UK Postal Strike Alert
For time critical communication to the bank we recommend the following methods are used during the strike & in the immediate aftermath, whilst any backlogs are cleared:
For Customers in the UK
Take the item suitably addressed to your local Lloyds Banking Group branch and request them to be forwarded on to the relevant Island office through the Bank's internal mail system.
The Royal Mail Special delivery service will be impacted by the industrial action but the expectation is that this service will continue to function as a priority albeit outside of the normal delivery timescales.
For Customers Overseas
Urgent communications should be forwarded by courier to the Bank.
It may also be possible to meet your requirements through your Relationship Manager.
