Apply for a Premier International Account — personal customers

Are you eligible?

You can apply for the account if:

  • You are a personal customer, aged 18 or over.
  • You have a gross annual income of £50,000*. For joint accounts at least one of the applicants needs a gross annual income of £50,000.
  • or
  • You have £25,000* to deposit (solely or jointly) with Lloyds TSB international within 3 months of opening your account. (* Or currency equivalent.)

You also need to make an initial deposit into your account within 30 days of opening.

What you need:

  • A valid email address.
  • Your address(es) for the last 3 years.
  • If you need a joint account: all of the above for the second applicant.

The online form takes about 15 minutes.

Time limit: To keep your details secure, there's a 15 minute time limit for each step. If you go over the limit, you'll need to begin again.

What happens next?

Upon submission we'll email you a confirmation.

We'll review your application within 2 working days and email you a list of supporting documents we need in order to open your account.

Upon receipt of all documentation we'll open your account and send you your debit cards and cheque books within 10 days.
