We do not normally provide mortgages for serviced apartments, resorts, golf course properties, student accommodation or former local authority or public housing. Other restrictions related to property use may also apply and details are available upon request.

  • Personal mortgages for investment, buy to let and holiday homes in over 10 jurisdictions - Great Britain, Spain*, France*, Portugal*, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, and selected locations in Australia, Canada and the USA.

    Please note that we are unable to provide mortgages for property used as a primary residence, other than in Hong Kong or Singapore.
  • Multi-currency loan facilities** – we offer mortgages in all major currencies; euro, sterling, US dollars, Swiss franc, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars, Hong Kong dollars, Japanese yen (for yen earners only) and Singapore dollars (SGD earners only or loans secured against property in Singapore).
  • Our lending limits are normally 5 times individual or joint gross (basic) income.
  • Competitive interest rates.
  • Variable rate mortgages – available on repayment or interest only basis with quarterly repayments in arrears for your convenience.
  • No Early Repayment fee - no penalties for lump sum payments or early repayment.
  • No arrangement fee for existing International Premier Account holders
