What are Structured Deposits?

A Structured Deposit is a fixed term deposit that aims to pay a return linked to the performance of investments, for example a stock market or individual stock

What Structured Deposits are offered?

The terms of each Structured Deposit vary and different products will provide different potential returns. Sign up for alerts and we will send you details of our next suite of Structured Deposits.

How long is the deposit term?

Deposit terms vary and are typically up to 5 years.

Can I lose any money?

Whilst Structured Deposits are designed to repay at least your original deposit at maturity, they are linked to the performance of investments. This means that there is potential to receive very little or no return above your original deposit and the purchasing power of your money at the repayment date could be reduced significantly by the effects of inflation. You should also be aware that if you withdraw early you may get back substantially less than your original deposit.

If Lloyds TSB Offshore Limited or Lloyds TSB Bank (Gibraltar) Limited as the deposit taker became bankrupt or was unable to make payments under the Structured Deposit when due, you may get back less than you are owed or nothing at all. If you are an eligible type of depositor and satisfy the relevant criteria, your Structured Deposit will be covered by the relevant depositors compensation scheme.
