Lend a Hand mortgage
Lend a Hand allows up to two family members and friends ('helpers') to help you buy a property, and benefit from a lower rate of interest.
- Available whether you are a first time buyer or remortgaging
- Helpers deposit 20% of the property's value in to a savings account
- Borrowers place a 5% deposit
- Borrowers benefit from mortgage rates usually only available should you have a 25% deposit
