Save the Change
Saving doesn't have to be complicated. That's why we've come up with Save the Change®, a simple everyday way to save for the things you want. In fact, it makes saving so easy, you'll forget you're even doing it.
- Every time you use your Lloyds TSB VISA debit card, linked to your current account we'll round up the amount you spent to the nearest pound and transfer the difference from your current account into an eligible Lloyds TSB savings account.
- You can turn Save the Change® on and off or switch your nominated saving account whenever you like through Internet Banking.
- We'll only make Save the Change® transfers when your current account is in credit.

Useful tip
The biggest boost you can give your savings pot is by getting into a regular savings habit. Set up a standing order so that you put something away every month. Or ‘sweep' any leftover money into your savings account from your current account at the end of each month. With a standing order you instruct your bank to pay money from your chosen account at regular intervals to another account — for example, once a month. You could set up a standing order into your savings account once you've been paid, which is an ideal way to save. Or why not use the 'Save the Change' facility?
